BEST NATURAL REMEDY FOR OILY FACE AND WHITE HEADS

as we touch 20+ our skin is more prone to all sorts of problem. i remember the time when my skin was fresh, no white heads,no sun burn and no unwanted marks and spots. when i joined university i had to journey to classes in heavy traffics and within months my face start losing the glow and  freshness. by the time i reach class i look like someone  dip in oil,shabby and trust me i never go out of the house without applying sunscreen. it is quite fraustrating,despite using 30++spf sunscreen still my face was losing the glow and freshness so i end up surfing google for my problem,  i dont like chemical treatment so i prefer NATURAL REMEDY as there is no side effect even if youu screw up. i have  came across many remedies but half of them doesnt even work for heavily exposed face it may work at the first day but on day2 my face return to same condition i.e oily + white heads . And by the grace of heaven i found one remedy that is worth the shot and time.

1.STEAM YOUR FACE: yeah  you read  it right. you must steam your face once a week or twice in a week. It is one of the best remedy that i have come across. this process is quite simple all you need is a bowl of hot water heat it till steam coming out,remove it from the gas stove and sit with a towel, cover your face with the towel and also the bowl of hot water and let your face inhale the steam. bear the steam as long as your face can take it becareful and see that you dont end up burning your face. Do it for5-7 min inbetween take a gap in each inhaling. PTO pls keep the bowl of hot water it will come in handy later on.

2.SCRUBBING WITH RICE FLOUR: Once you are done with steaming, gently scrub your face softly with rice flour especially the white heads or black head area of the nose. Rice flour is one of the best remedy it doesnt effect your skin if you end up scrubbing bit roughly unlike the baking soda or powder.

3.EGG WHITES:   Third thing you need to do is  to apply in your face just the whites of the egg leaving the yolk. and apply all over your face and leave to dry.Gosh believe me it stink like shit when you apply the egg white in your nose area but nevertheless its worth your beauty ladies. Once the egg white is dry wash it with the previous hot water that you had use to steam. in the mean time it will be luke warm.

4.SECRET RECIPE FACE PACK:  This is my own invention of face-pack. suitable for oily skin at best. The face-pack consist of 2tbsp GRAMFLOUR+1tbsp TUMERIC POWDER+1tbsp liquid MILK+ 1tbspEGGWHITES+1/2tbspLEMON JUICE, Take a bowl and mix all this together and make a paste, apply it on your face directly and leave on to dry. wash it off with warm water again.  If by chance you end up making too much of paste then dont throw keep it in the fridge.you can apply it anytime of the day or night on your pimples like a dot if you dont want to apply on your whole face.

 

The above mention are the process that i have come across and is quite effective. so have fun and best of luck and let me know how its working. however if you are lazy to do all the four process then you can choose any two either the egg whites or the face pack,but step one and two is a must.
